Whimsical Whittier

For this one, we took a bold, creative approach—contrasting black and white footage with vivid color to emphasize the vibrant location of Whittier, home to Brandywine Homes’ Cabrillo Crossing. With a unique, attention-grabbing hook and a fresh take on storytelling, we gave this tour an unexpected twist that helped it stand out from the pack, while still showcasing the lifestyle and energy of the area.

Living Local in Bakersfield

A collaboration with longtime client, Woodbridge Pacific Group, this video is all about location, location, location—but with heart. From shopping and dining to outdoor recreation and local culture, we highlighted all the reasons why Bakersfield is a smart (and fun!) place to call home.
